Dr Shairana Naleem, MFOM, MSc Medical Education, FHEA, FRCP
Dr Shairana Naleem is a Medical Director at Health Partners Group Ltd since 2023; she is dually accredited as a Consultant in Acute/General Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine.
She originally completed her medical training at UCL where she also gained a Masters in Medical Education and subsequently gained her first CCT in Acute Medicine in London, working as a Consultant Physician in frontline medicine for 5 yrs at the prestigious Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill from 2014-2019.
During her time at Kings, she was Higher Specialty Training lead for Acute Internal Medicine and sector lead in Simulation for core medical training in South East London, winning strategic innovations grants and advising the JRCPTB and Health Education England as a simulation expert.
She was also an Honorary Senior Lecturer for Kings College London and Chief Invigilator for the GMC PLAB exams from 2015-2019 before moving into Occupational Health at the largest flagship NHS department in the country at St Thomas’ where she completed her further accredited specialist training.
She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and more recently has co-led on the SOM Delphi study for the Pensions Specialist Interest Group.
She has three young children and enjoys tennis and travel.
