Welcome Reception at Nottingham Castle

Come and meet Robin Hood and your colleagues for a special evening in an iconic venue
We are delighted to have secured Nottingham Castle for the Welcome Reception. Offering wonderful views (weather permitting!) over the city and beyond, this will be a very special evening for Conference participants.
All delegates are welcome but attendance must be pre-booked. Drinks and nibbles will be served.
Tickets are complimentary with Full Registration, but please indicate at the time of registering whether or not you wish to attend.
Guest tickets and tickets for Day Delegates are available at a cost of £40.00
Bus transport will be provided to this social event from The Hilton Hotel (hub hotel). More information will be published in due course.
Dress code: Smart casual.
Gala Dinner and Dance
Tuesday 16th June 2026, 7.30pm – midnight
At the Hilton Nottingham City Centre
To keep things easy, the Gala Dinner and Dance will be held in the Hub Hotel, the Hilton Nottingham City Centre Hotel.
After a drinks reception, a 3 course dinner will be served followed by a live band and dancing.
Tickets each cost £69 and include a number of drinks, dinner and entertainment.
Tickets are NOT included in the Conference Registration Fee. Please indicate at the time of registering whether or not you wish to attend. Guests are welcome also.
Places are limited and this event is likely to sell out; please don’t leave it late to book in.
No transport is provided to this event.
Dress code: Black Tie/National Dress - including Medals and Decorations - optional
