Dr Ali Hashtroudi is the Senior Medical Director for the NHS / Healthcare and Higher Education at Optima Health and previous Clinical Director of Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust in London. He is a fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM) and Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London. He is the Head of National School of Occupational Health (Workforce Training and Education, NHS England) and a member of the FOM Ethic Committee. He is the chair of Higher Education Occupational Practitioners (HEOPS) and is the OH expert in various national bodies such as UKAP and IMEG. He has extensive experience in different sectors with main interest in health of students and healthcare professionals.
