Nikki is a specialist occupational physician, researcher and educator with over 15 years’ experience across the military, public and private sectors. She is CEO of both Cordell Health and EOPH (Education for Occupational and Public Health), leading social enterprises delivering occupational health, wellbeing and high‑quality education and training for OH professionals.
An accredited specialist in Occupational Medicine and Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FFOM), Nikki is passionate about shifting the focus from disability to ability in the workplace. She is deeply committed to raising standards in occupational health education, recognising that high‑quality services depend on well‑trained, confident and supported professionals, and has been instrumental in developing education and CPD programmes for the specialty.
Nikki holds an MSc in Medical Education and is currently undertaking a PhD at Oxford Brookes University, researching the factors influencing work ability for employees with long‑term health conditions or disabilities. She remains strongly motivated to inspire clinicians and practitioners working in occupational health to deliver preventative, evidence‑based and impactful practice.
