Lt Col Matt Yates is a Consultant Occupational Physician in the British Army. He is currently clinical lead for a team providing specialist occupational health services to soldiers in SE England and remote worldwide locations. A former Army GP, he has planned and delivered medical care on operations and training exercises on five continents. Prior to studying Medicine as a mature student, he worked for a decade in Banking and Management Consultancy. In addition to medical qualifications and an MSc in Occupational Health, he holds an Executive MBA.
