Natalie is the Managing Director of Cordell Health Ltd and an Accredited Specialist in Occupational Medicine. She started her medical career with anaesthetics training after completing her degree at the University of Oxford. She commenced specialist occupational medicine training at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, which she completed with Cordell Health Ltd. Natalie holds a master's degree in occupational medicine and conducted research within the NHS, exploring whether NHS staff wellbeing markers are related to patient care outcomes.

Natalie's professional interest lies in understanding and demonstrating the influence and power of occupational health services in promoting positive business performance. She has won several academic awards in occupational medicine, including the Phillip Wilson Prize (University of Manchester), Ramazzini Prize (Royal Society of Medicine), and Peter Taylor Award (Faculty of Occupational Medicine).

As the Managing Director of Cordell Health Ltd, she leads an organization with a strong social mission: to shift the focus from disability to ability.
