Hamish Courtney has been a Consultant Endocrinologist in the Belfast Trust since 2005 having received both his medical education and MD at Queen’s University, Belfast and completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California San Diego.

His recent leadership roles include Clinical Director of the Northern Ireland Regional Diabetes Network, NI Diabetes Foot Lead and Council member of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
