Cameron took up his current role within Occupational Health (OH) for BHT in June 2020. Previously he has worked in a variety of private and public settings within the OH, MSK and sports specialities. He qualified in 2009 and spent nearly 4 years upon graduation in Singapore. He has recently published and presented extensively on FCP practice and the use of the current Fit Note in primary care settings. Cameron attained a Doctorate at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2024 specifically looking at the training and development needs of FCPs within the UK healthcare landscape. Specific areas of interest and expertise include clinical supervision, patient health and safety, wellbeing, rehabilitation, workforce development, research, and project management.
He is keen to attain further research grants and build on existing research within the work and health arena.
