Dan is part of the team that supported Sir Charlie Mayfield’s independent review looking into the role of employers in addressing economic inactivity, and is now working through implementing the recommendations of that review.
Before this, he led WorkWell policy and was the Senior Business Owner as it was being mobilised. He has been in and around labour market, health and disability policy/ministerial private office in DWP for around 9 years now having previously worked in the private sector and clinically in the NHS.
Dan is also the co-founder of a SME – a creative agency based in Bristol.
