Terms of reference

Aim: To promote and reward innovation, quality improvement or best practice in the field of work and health through research or a clinical governance activity (including audit).

Format: Submission of a poster to the SOM Annual Conference which meets the above criteria and published requirements for a poster.

Judging: The poster winner will be decided by the prize committee (three members to be drawn from the Conference committee) prior to the SOM Conference each year.

It will be presented at the Conference by Professor Macdonald or a representing member of the Scottish Group.

Prize: A £250 cheque

Eligibility: Any SOM member or associate member in good standing.
